I have worked in restaurants all my life and have created many great recipes. I would love to share them with you if you would like to come along on an adventure that is the representation of my life with food. I am an avid writer who dabbles in many genres but have gotten the most responses from my recipe writing.
Writing a good recipe is an art form to say the least. The quality of writing and details available to the reader directly affect the end result on your table at home. Certainly if you have ever listened to your family’s comments about the meal you have served, my mother’s always start with, “I was watching the food network and they said..,” you know and can greatly appreciate a good recipe that has been laid out in simple terms.
As I have quit writing here for some time, I have been reading and watching the cooking articles posted here during which time of hiatus I have learned many new touches to add to my work. Illustrations of steps are always great and it is my intention to re-continue this journey by using more of them.
It’s time to get back to the place it began over a year ago……
